Ingredients/Total prep time 5 minutes.
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 20g natural almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon pre-biotic honey
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Almond/Coconut milk or Coconut – Add to desired consistency
Directions

Add all ingredients to smoothie bullet or blender. Pulsing until smooth.
